• By entering, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PEG, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

 

CONTEST PERIOD:

• Contest begins on the official launch date announced by PEG (www.phenomentertainmentgroup.com) and participating artists.

• Contest will run for sixty (60) consecutive days from the official launch date.

• Contest closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on the final day of the contest period.

• Entries submitted after the contest deadline may be disqualified.

 

HOW TO ENTER:

To officially qualify for the “ENERGY” Video Challenge, participants must complete ALL of the following steps:

1. Sign up for a Coda account through the official contest link or QR code available on the PEG website at www.phenomentertainmentgroup.com where Coda registration is available (inside US/Canada). In jurisdictions where Coda registration is unavailable (outside US/Canada), participants may complete the designated contest entry form available on the official PEG website (www.phenomentertainmentgroup.com).

2. Create an original video between forty-five (45) and sixty (60) seconds in length using the official “ENERGY” sound/audio.

3. Upload your video publicly to at least one of the following:

   • TikTok

   • Instagram Reels

   • YouTube Shorts

   • Facebook Reels

4. Use “ENERGY Challenge” in the title or description

5. Include ALL REQUIRED hashtags:

   • #PEG_ENERGY

   • #Fletchy

   • #QuimicoUltraMega

   • #Coda

   • #Collectiv

6. Submit your official video link through the designated contest form on www.phenomentertainmentgroup.com

7. Entrants must keep their profile and submitted video PUBLIC throughout the contest period and winner verification process.

**Failure to complete ALL required steps may result in disqualification.

**Videos shorter or longer than the required duration may be disqualified.

 

FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”):

Participants may alternatively enter without signing up for a Coda subscription by completing the official free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) form available through the official contest website during the contest period.

AMOE participants must still comply with ALL remaining contest requirements, including:

• Creating an original qualifying video

• Using the official “ENERGY” sound/audio

• Following all hashtag requirements

• Submitting the official entry form

• Keeping the submitted video publicly accessible

 

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

 

One (1) entry per person regardless of the number of social media accounts, email addresses, Coda accounts, devices, IP addresses, platforms, or identities used. PEG reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of using multiple accounts, identities, or fraudulent methods to increase chances of winning.

AMOE entries will receive the same consideration and judging treatment as all other eligible entries.

 

**PEG reserves the right to verify and compare participant information submitted through Coda registrations, AMOE submissions, social media accounts, and contest entry forms for authenticity, eligibility, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

 

**Automated entries, duplicate entries, false identities, or fraudulent submissions are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

 

IMPORTANT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Entrants MUST use the official “ENERGY” sound/audio associated with the contest.

  • Re-uploaded audio, altered audio, unofficial remixes, unauthorized edits, or unauthorized uploads may be disqualified.

• Videos must be original creations by the entrant.

  • Entrants represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals for all content, music, choreography, images, footage, trademarks, locations, and materials appearing in submitted videos.

  • Submitted content must not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

• Entrants further represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions, approvals, and consents from any identifiable individuals appearing in submitted content.

• Only authentic engagement is permitted.

  • Fake accounts, bots, engagement manipulation, purchased followers, purchased likes/views/comments, AI-generated engagement, spam activity, or fraudulent participation may result in immediate disqualification.

• PEG reserves the right to verify participant identity, ownership of content, account authenticity, engagement authenticity, and compliance with contest rules at any time.

• PEG reserves the right to request additional verification information from any participant, including government-issued identification or proof of ownership of submitted content.

• Entries generated through automated systems, click farms, fake accounts, VPN manipulation, or coordinated fraudulent activity are prohibited.

• Entries generated or materially altered through automated AI video-generation systems without meaningful original creative contribution from entrant may be disqualified at PEG’s sole discretion.

• Participants may not impersonate another creator, artist, influencer, or individual.

  • AI-generated impersonations, deepfakes, synthetic celebrity likenesses, misleading edited content, or unauthorized digital recreations of any individual are prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.

• Any attempt to manipulate the integrity of the contest may result in permanent disqualification and removal from future promotions.

• Entries containing offensive, illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, dangerous, or infringing material may be removed and disqualified at PEG’s sole discretion.

 

PUBLIC ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT:

• All contest entries must remain publicly viewable throughout the contest period and winner verification process.

• Private accounts, removed posts, deleted videos, restricted accounts, or inaccessible entries may not be eligible for review or winner selection.

• Entries that become inaccessible, deleted, removed, edited to violate contest requirements, or otherwise unverifiable prior to winner confirmation may be disqualified.

 

GRAND PRIZE OPTIONS:

One (1) verified winner will be selected and may choose ONE of THE following prizes:

 

**PEG reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize, travel component, destination, experience, vendor, hotel, airline, cruise package, or promotional component with another prize or component of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.**

 

**Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value except at PEG’s sole discretion.**

 

OPTION 1 — CASH PRIZE

Winner is solely responsible for:

• Valid passports and travel documentation

• Ensuring all travel documents are current, valid, and unexpired

• Additional guests

• Meals not specifically included

• Incidental expenses

• Personal expenses

• Additional entertainment or upgrades

• Transportation outside official activities

• Travel insurance

• Any costs outside official prize inclusions

• All applicable taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance

**Artist-related experiences are personal to the verified winner and may not be transferred, reassigned, sold, auctioned, or substituted.

**PEG shall not reimburse any expenses incurred by winner or guest unless expressly approved in writing by PEG.

**PEG reserves the right to revoke, cancel, terminate, or remove any winner or guest from any prize experience if such individual engages in unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, disruptive, intoxicated, inappropriate, or non-compliant behavior.

**Audience engagement may be considered among multiple judging factors but does not guarantee finalist selection or winner selection.

 

**Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the quality of eligible submissions.

 

**This is a skill-based promotional contest. Winners are determined based on judging criteria and not by random drawing or chance.

 

**PEG reserves the right to select finalists and winners at its sole discretion.

 

**All decisions are final.

 

**PEG’s interpretation of these Official Rules and all decisions relating to eligibility, judging, winner selection, disqualification, prize fulfillment, and contest administration shall be final, binding, and non-appealable.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

• Potential winners will be contacted through submitted contact information associated with the winning entry.

• Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification.

 

If a prize is not claimed within the timeframe specified by PEG, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

• If a selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within the required timeframe,

  • refuses the prize,

  • is found ineligible,

  • fails identity verification,

  • fails to complete required documentation,

  • fails background or fraud screening,

  • or otherwise violates these Official Rules,

 

**PEG reserves the right to disqualify that participant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

 

**PEG reserves the right to conduct identity verification, eligibility confirmation, and authenticity review prior to awarding any prize.

 

**Potential winners may be required to execute and return affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, publicity releases, tax documentation, travel waivers, and any additional documentation reasonably required by PEG or prize providers prior to prize fulfillment.

 

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By entering the contest, participants grant PEG, Coda, Collectiv, participating artists, promotional partners, sponsors, and affiliates the unrestricted right to use participant’s:

• Name

• Social media handle

• Voice

• Likeness

• Submitted video content

• Photos and promotional materials

for advertising, promotional, editorial, commercial, and marketing purposes worldwide without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

 

PEG and its partners shall have no obligation to use, publish, promote, repost, distribute, or otherwise exploit any submitted content.

 

Entrant waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of submitted content or promotional materials.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PEG, Coda, participating artists, sponsors, affiliates, advertising agencies, social platforms, cruise providers, airlines, hotels, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Participation in the contest

• Acceptance or use of prizes

• Travel-related incidents

• Technical failures

• Platform outages

• Unauthorized intervention

• Fraudulent activity by third parties

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries

 

PEG, Coda, Collectiv, sponsors, and promotional partners make no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any prize, travel provider, cruise provider, airline, hotel, artist appearance, experience, or promotional component.

 

Participation in this contest does not create any agency, partnership, employment, joint venture, management, representation, recording, endorsement, or contractual relationship between entrant and PEG, Coda, Collectiv, participating artists, or sponsors.

 

PEG, Coda, Collectiv, sponsors, and promotional partners shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, substitutions, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party vendors, social media platforms, travel providers, artists, hotels, cruise providers, airlines, or service providers.

 

PEG is not responsible for unauthorized access to participant data, hacking, cyberattacks, data breaches, platform interruptions, account compromises, or technical malfunctions affecting participation.

 

PEG is not responsible for platform algorithms, reduced visibility, shadow banning, content moderation decisions, demonetization, or platform-imposed restrictions affecting contest participation.

 

By participating in the contest, entrants knowingly and voluntarily release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless PEG, Coda, Collectiv, participating artists, sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, vendors, travel providers, promotional partners, and associated entities from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, actions, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the contest, submitted content, acceptance or use of any prize, travel, technical failures, third-party conduct, or contest administration, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER:

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or any social media platform.

 

Participants understand they are providing information to PEG and not to any social media platform.

 

PRIVACY/DATA USE:

Information collected in connection with this contest may be used by PEG and its partners in accordance with applicable privacy policies and for purposes of contest administration, marketing, communication, and winner verification.

 

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for contest administration and promotional purposes.

 

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL:

PEG reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, cancel, or amend the contest at any time due to fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, legal concerns, platform issues, travel restrictions, artist availability, or any other factor impairing the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

 

This includes, without limitation, cancellations or modifications resulting from weather events, natural disasters, public health concerns, governmental actions, acts of God, labor disputes, travel disruptions, artist cancellations, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or supplier/vendor cancellations.

 

GOVERNING LAW:

Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any court proceedings not subject to arbitration under these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and not through class action proceedings.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this contest, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, administered by a recognized arbitration provider selected by PEG.

 

Participants waive any right to trial by jury except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
